Mohawk Industries Approves $500 Million Share-Repurchase Authorization
Mohawk expects Q4 2026 adjusted earnings of $1.35 to $1.45 per share and single-digit adjusted net sales growth from a year earlier.

Mohawk Industries approved a new $500 million share-repurchase authorization as it forecast adjusted fourth-quarter 2026 earnings of $1.35 to $1.45 per share amid softer demand.
The company also projects single-digit adjusted net sales growth from a year earlier. Demand has weakened across most products and sales channels, and the quarter has four fewer shipping days.
Mohawk expects underlying inflation to stay near its third-quarter level and aims to offset it through pricing, product mix and productivity. European natural gas prices have roughly doubled since the start of the third quarter.
Mohawk repurchased $261 million of shares in the third quarter, when it recorded non-GAAP earnings of $2.72 per share and revenue of $2.79 billion. TokenPost previously covered the company's third-quarter results.
