W&T Offshore expects fourth-quarter 2026 production to fall from its third-quarter rate as a planned Mobile Bay shutdown and hurricane downtime weigh on output, while it raises its 2026 spending outlook.
The midpoint of the company’s fourth-quarter forecast is 33,700 barrels of oil equivalent per day (BOE/d). W&T Offshore raised its full-year capital-spending range to $35 million to $38 million.
Production reached 38,200 BOE/d in the third quarter, exceeding the high end of guidance despite no drilling or acquisitions. Tracy Krohn said the company was in a “much stronger financial position heading into 2027” and that its third-quarter results continued a “positive trend.”
