CRH plc set its quarterly dividend at $0.39 per share, keeping the payout unchanged from the previous quarter and scheduling payment for Dec. 9.

Shareholders of record Nov. 13 will qualify for the payment. The company also set Nov. 13 as the ex-dividend date.
