ICE Reissues Trade[XYZ] U.S. Perpetuals Plan Pending Approval
The retail venue would operate separately from ICE's institutional futures business. Distribution through an ICE and OKX joint venture would require separate U.S. approvals.

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) reissued its Trade[XYZ] partnership announcement after deleting an earlier post, emphasizing that its proposed U.S. Hyperliquid-based perpetuals market remains subject to regulatory approval.
The venue would operate separately from ICE's institutional futures business. It would offer around-the-clock contracts tied to crypto, stocks, indexes, commodities and foreign exchange through regulated futures commission merchants.
A potential distribution route is an ICE and OKX joint venture, but its use depends on approval as a U.S.-registered broker-dealer and futures commission merchant. The proposed market is designed to meet know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering requirements, while leveraged trading would also depend on regulatory approval.
Under the agreement, ICE would be the sole operator of Trade[XYZ]'s regulated markets. Perpetual contracts have no expiration date.
