Strategy Posts $19.53 Billion Q3 Net Income as Saylor Sees Bitcoin (BTC) Bull Market
A $20.91 billion gain on digital assets accompanied the quarterly profit. Saylor cited bank adoption, rising Bitcoin dominance and renewed institutional demand.

Strategy posted $19.53 billion in net income for the quarter ended Sept. 30, alongside a $20.91 billion gain on digital assets and Executive Chairman Michael Saylor’s latest call that Bitcoin (BTC) is entering a bull market.
“We’re at the beginning of the next bitcoin bull market,” Saylor said in the company’s Oct. 29 results statement. He cited bank adoption, growing Bitcoin dominance among digital assets and renewed institutional demand.
The market characterization is Saylor’s assessment. The company’s reported financial results and Bitcoin holdings provide separate measures of its exposure to digital assets.
Strategy’s Bitcoin balance reached 848,517 BTC by Oct. 25, after $64.02 billion in purchases at an average cost of about $75,446 per coin. The company valued those holdings at $68.90 billion using a Bitcoin price of about $81,200 as of Oct. 23.
The company defines BTC Yield as the change in Bitcoin per assumed diluted share and says the metric does not measure investor returns.
