Binance Will Resume Withdrawals in Phases Starting Sunday
The first window is scheduled for 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. ET (06:00-09:00 UTC) and covers BTC, ETH, BNB and a broader list of assets and networks.

Binance will begin restoring withdrawals in phases at 1 a.m. ET Sunday, opening the first set of token and network services during a three-hour window.
The opening window is scheduled for 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. ET (06:00-09:00 UTC) on Nov. 1. The first group includes Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP and SUI, covering a mix of assets and networks.
Deposits remain open and were not affected by the incident. Binance is using user demand over the past week to set the order for reopening assets and networks, which will be made available after security and stability checks.
The Sunday window is only the first stage; Binance plans to restore withdrawal support for other assets and networks as they are ready. High traffic at the start may lead to delays or failed withdrawals, and users who encounter a problem can try again later.
