Binance plans to begin reopening withdrawals in stages between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. ET Sunday, Nov. 1 (06:00-09:00 UTC), after suspending the service during a security incident.

The first group will include Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), BNB, TRX, SOL, XRP, ZEC, DOGE, TON, POL, AVAX, ARB, BASE, OP and SUI. Binance will prioritize assets and networks based on user demand over the past week, with each service returning after safety and stability checks.

The restoration will be gradual. Binance plans to reopen withdrawals for other assets and networks as they are ready. Heavy traffic during the initial period may cause delays or failed withdrawal attempts, and users affected can try again later.

The scheduled window is early Sunday morning in the United States. Availability will depend on the checks for each asset and network.
