Binance Plans Staged Withdrawals Across 15 Networks After Replenishing 95%
The first withdrawal window runs from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. ET on Nov. 1; later network reopenings depend on security checks.

Binance plans to reopen withdrawals in stages across 15 networks from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. ET on Nov. 1 (06:00-09:00 UTC), as the exchange says it has replenished about 95% of affected assets.
The first group includes the Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain and Solana networks. Binance plans to restore the other networks in later stages after security checks are complete. The exchange said deposits remain operational, so the update concerns withdrawal service. The announced hours apply to the first group rather than a simultaneous reopening across every network.
Binance said it had replenished about 95% of affected assets, up from 90%. It said its 10 major tokens, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT) and BNB, now have 100% reserve backing. The remaining roughly 5% consists of lower-liquidity tokens that Binance is still buying.
Binance also committed to cover all losses tied to stolen funds.
