Binance Schedules First Withdrawal Window After More Than Two-Day Halt
Binance said 10 assets have full reserve backing, while replenishment of lower-liquidity tokens continues.

Binance will reopen withdrawals in a first phase on Nov. 1, beginning a staged return after the service was halted for more than two days. The exchange scheduled the initial window from 2 a.m. EDT (06:00 UTC) through 4 a.m. EST (09:00 UTC), covering withdrawals on selected networks.
Binance said 10 assets have full reserve backing: Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB, Solana (SOL), USD Coin (USDC), XRP, USD1, RLUSD and Zcash (ZEC). Users can check reserve snapshots through Binance’s proof-of-reserves page.
Other lower-liquidity tokens are still being replenished and are not included among the assets cleared for the first phase. The announcement gave no separate opening time for those tokens.
The phased restart follows a withdrawal pause lasting more than two days. Binance’s first window is scheduled for early Sunday in the U.S.; the exchange said access will return in stages.
