Binance will begin restoring withdrawals for Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) and Solana (SOL) on Sunday, Nov. 1, following last week's hack. The exchange plans to reopen access in stages, beginning with a first-phase window early Sunday.

The first phase is scheduled to begin sometime between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. ET (06:00-09:00 UTC) Sunday. The range marks when the first phase starts; it does not mean every withdrawal will be available at once.

Binance is tying the rollout to security checks for each asset and network. As checks are completed, withdrawal access will return gradually, so availability may differ across assets or networks. The exchange has also warned users to expect temporary delays during the process.

Bitcoin, Ether and Solana are included in the first phase. The staged reopening follows last week's hack, with the first window marking the next step for customers waiting to withdraw those assets.
