Binance updated its proof-of-reserves (PoR) address list on Nov. 1, adding newly generated wallet addresses and directing all future withdrawals through the new wallets as part of its continuing security response measures.

The address update has a direct effect on how Binance will process withdrawals: the exchange says the new wallets will handle every withdrawal going forward. The announcement describes the routing as applying to future withdrawals across the platform, rather than to one named transaction.

The newly generated wallets have also been added to Binance's PoR address list, linking the updated list with the exchange's future withdrawal route. In practical terms, the change designates the new addresses for withdrawal activity and includes them in the wallet list Binance uses for proof of reserves.

Binance framed the move as a continuing security measure. Its announcement combines two steps: adding newly generated wallet addresses to its PoR list and using them for all future withdrawals.
