Binance co-founder He Yi said withdrawals are running smoothly for now, but a high volume of requests could cause congestion for customers trying to move funds off the exchange.

In a Nov. 1 post, He Yi described Binance withdrawals as generally operating smoothly. She said a larger number of requests could lead to congestion, with service returning to smooth operation afterward. The warning framed congestion as a possible consequence of heavier request volume, rather than a current condition.

He Yi also urged users to verify withdrawal addresses before submitting a transaction and to check the security of new devices and operating environments. She described those checks as a safety priority.

Binance has separately updated its proof-of-reserves address list to include newly generated wallets. The exchange said future withdrawals would be processed from those wallets during its continuing security response. The wallet update concerns withdrawal routing; He Yi’s message concerns potential processing congestion.
