Nvidia scheduled its fiscal third-quarter results for Nov. 17, setting the next checkpoint for its $108 billion revenue outlook, multiyear supply commitments and expected memory-cost pressure on margins.

The company plans to release results at approximately 4:20 p.m. ET (2120 UTC), then host a conference call at 5 p.m. ET (2200 UTC). The quarter ended Oct. 25, giving investors a date to compare reported performance with guidance issued in August.

As of July 26, Nvidia’s supply and capacity commitments totaled $279 billion, up from $119 billion a quarter earlier. The multiyear commitments support Data Center systems and are primarily for memory and manufacturing capacity; Nvidia’s data-center revenue and AI financing exposure provide related context. The amount is a commitment schedule, not a single-quarter payment, and the filing does not assign it a specific revenue or margin outcome.

The schedule lists $92 billion in commitments for the remainder of fiscal 2027, followed by $87 billion for fiscal 2028 and $88 billion for fiscal 2029. It lists another $6 billion for fiscal 2030, $5 billion for fiscal 2031 and $1 billion for fiscal 2032 and later.

Some supplier agreements let suppliers procure inventory under Nvidia’s criteria. Certain agreements may be canceled, rescheduled or adjusted for Nvidia’s business needs before firm orders, though changes can add costs. The schedule does not mean every agreement is fixed or due immediately.

Nvidia’s August outlook called for $108 billion in third-quarter revenue, plus or minus 2%, and GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins of 74%, plus or minus 50 basis points. The revenue forecast excludes Data Center compute revenue from China. For the second quarter, which ended July 26, Nvidia reported $96.221 billion in revenue, up 106% year over year, and $89.023 billion in Data Center revenue, up 117%. Both GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins were 75.0%.

Nvidia Chief Financial Officer Colette Kress expected Vera Rubin to account for about 20% of third-quarter Data Center revenue. She projected gross margins of 71% to 72% in the fourth quarter and 72% to 73% in fiscal 2028. Kress also said supply would remain a bottleneck through at least the end of fiscal 2028. “Although we will work to close the supply-demand gap, we expect supply to remain a bottleneck at least through the end of fiscal year 2028,” Kress said.
