Luxxfolio Weighs Litecoin Liquidity Role in Greywick’s Canton Token

Luxxfolio Holdings Inc. is exploring a role in the planned cLTC token’s reserve, a proposal that could put some of the company’s mined Litecoin (LTC) into a reserve-backed asset for Canton.

The letter of intent, dated Oct. 27, was announced by Luxxfolio on Oct. 29. It describes a possible seed-liquidity role and calls for both companies to examine borrowing uses for cLTC. The letter specifies no amount of LTC for an allocation.

Under the proposed setup, Luxxfolio would place some of its mined LTC in a Greywick reserve and receive cLTC at a one-for-one rate. The token is designed to pair each cLTC with one Litecoin held in reserve. No LTC deposit or cLTC issuance is confirmed.

Potential applications include institutional trading, collateralized financing and corporate yield workflows on Canton. The letter does not specify custody arrangements, redemption mechanics or borrowing terms. Any allocation depends on commercial, custody and redemption terms, along with technical readiness.

Confidentiality is the letter’s only binding provision. Neither company is required to enter a commercial arrangement; that would require a separate signed agreement. Each party is responsible for its own costs.

The LOI adds a prospective corporate treasury participant to Greywick’s earlier cLTC initiative with the Litecoin Foundation. Greywick has set a late-2026 mainnet target, conditional on developing and publishing reserve addresses, an attestation format and a launch sequence.
