StableStock completed a strategic financing round at a $75 million valuation as it prepares to launch a points program tied to eligible stock and ETF activity.

Investors in the round included Amber, Nomad Capital, Flow Traders and Gate. StableStock was an inaugural incubation project in YZi Labs’ EASY Residency and previously received seed funding from YZi Labs, MPCi and Vertex Ventures.

Genesis will award points each day for eligible stock and ETF holdings and spot or leveraged spot trades. The program will also credit qualifying past contributions and give bonus points to eligible early users.

The platform covers U.S., Hong Kong and South Korean stock markets and is available through a mobile app. It supports thousands of stocks and ETFs, serves tens of thousands of users in emerging markets and has recorded cumulative trading volume in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Genesis is scheduled to launch Monday, Nov. 2.
