Brookfield has appointed KB Kookmin Bank to arrange a loan worth about $8 billion to finance NAVER’s AI computing infrastructure, including graphics processing units that will be leased long term to NAVER Cloud.

The loan is part of a broader financing package. It is South Korea’s largest syndicated loan and the country’s first large-scale GPU financing deal.
