The Bitcoin Historian (@pete_rizzo_) posted a video Monday attributing claims about institutional crypto adoption and global regulatory clarity to Franklin Templeton, while its text named no speaker from the firm.

The post said a Binance hack would not stop institutional adoption. It described major players as moving rapidly and regulatory clarity as improving around the world. The account also characterized the crypto industry as maturing and said Wall Street was moving toward Bitcoin.

The text accompanying the video did not identify a Franklin Templeton speaker. The remarks remain an attribution made by the account, rather than a confirmed statement from a named company representative.

The account made a similar attribution in an earlier video post about crypto allocations, which also did not identify a speaker.
