Kosmos Energy's third-quarter revenue climbed 31.7% from a year earlier, but the company missed revenue and non-GAAP earnings estimates as production rose and it reaffirmed its 2026 spending outlook.

Revenue reached $409.88 million, falling $62.93 million short of estimates. Non-GAAP earnings were $0.06 per share, 8 cents below estimates.

Net production averaged about 69,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day, a 6% increase from the third quarter of 2025. Growth was about 17% excluding Equatorial Guinea.

Kosmos also issued a fourth-quarter outlook and reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 capital expenditure outlook. Kosmos had been scheduled for a pre-market results release on Nov. 2, and has now reported its results.
