HashKey Cloud and Utila signed a strategic partnership in Hong Kong on Monday, Nov. 2, to explore institutional digital-asset services, combining staking and yield infrastructure with stablecoin operations for payments, custody and compliance.

The signing ceremony was held at HashKey’s Hong Kong office. HashKey Cloud has also expanded its institutional work through an expanded BitGo-HashKey Cloud partnership. That agreement covers staking, institutional trading flow, custody and real-world-asset tokenization. HashKey Cloud was named a validator partner on BitGo’s platform, with Ether (ETH) and Solana (SOL) as initial staking networks. BitGo’s custody services are available to HashKey Capital and associated funds after onboarding and separate agreements, and it also serves as a custody partner for HashKey’s tokenization efforts.

HashKey Cloud, a Web3 infrastructure provider within HashKey Group, brings institutional staking and yield infrastructure to the Utila effort. Utila provides infrastructure for stablecoin and digital-asset operations. The companies plan to explore services spanning asset-yield management, payments, custody and compliance controls, aiming to connect those capabilities for institutional clients.
