Class A stockholders of record Nov. 10 qualify, while eligible operating partnership unit holders will receive an equivalent $0.24-per-unit distribution.
Healthcare Realty Trust Incorporated's board approved a $0.24-per-share dividend on Oct. 29, setting a Nov. 20 payment date for Class A stockholders of record Nov. 10.
The company will also distribute $0.24 for each eligible operating partnership unit.
Its U.S. business includes owning, operating and developing medical outpatient buildings.
