TotalEnergies has signed agreements to acquire a 30% operated stake in two gas fields off Sarawak, Malaysia, where Lang Lebah and B14 are expected to be developed together.
The agreements involve PETRONAS Carigali, PTTEP and KUFPEC. The two fields are expected to form an integrated project.
