Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. reported third-quarter revenue of $259.7 million, a 51.9% increase from a year earlier and $10.51 million above estimates. The company recorded a GAAP loss of 25 cents per share, 38 cents better than estimates.

Axsome shares rose 2.5% in premarket trading.
