Marriott Raises 2026 Adjusted EPS Outlook After 6.5% RevPAR Growth
The company now expects adjusted earnings of $12.07 to $12.14 per share and full-year RevPAR growth of 4.5% to 5%.

Marriott International raised its 2026 adjusted earnings-per-share outlook after third-quarter results beat analyst expectations. The quarter included 6.5% RevPAR growth, more rooms and higher co-branded credit card fees.
The company now expects adjusted earnings of $12.07 to $12.14 per share, compared with its prior range of $11.64 to $11.81. The analyst consensus estimate was $11.74 per share.
Marriott projects revenue per available room (RevPAR) growth of 4.5% to 5% for the year, with its development pipeline supporting the outlook. The forecast assumes the current macroeconomic environment continues.
The Middle East conflict continued to affect RevPAR in the region. Owned, leased and other revenue declined amid renovations, a hotel sale and higher third-party agreement costs. A $12 million insurance claim partly offset that decline.
