Strategy Had $1.6193 Billion in STRF Sales Capacity on Oct. 18
The preferred stock carries a 10% annual dividend rate on a $100 stated amount, with dividends payable when declared.

Strategy had $1.6193 billion in remaining capacity to sell its 10.00% Series A Perpetual Strife Preferred Stock (STRF) as of Oct. 18, 2026, under an at-the-market program.
The $1.66 billion figure from Nov. 4, 2025, represented the unsold balance of an earlier $2.1 billion STRF program, after about $440 million had been sold. The current capacity figure describes the amount available for sales, not proceeds already raised.
The program permits Strategy to offer shares, but neither the company nor its sales agents are required to sell them. The $1.6193 billion balance is separate from the preferred stock’s dividend terms.
STRF carries a 10% annual dividend rate on its $100 stated amount, equal to $10 per share at that rate. Dividends are cumulative and payable when declared.
