Arista Sees About $3.3 Billion in Q3 Revenue Ahead of Results

The company will report Tuesday, Nov. 3, after the U.S. market closes and hold a conference call at 4:30 p.m. ET (9:30 p.m. UTC).

Arista Networks will release third-quarter 2026 results after U.S. markets close Tuesday, Nov. 3. The report will show how the company’s results compare with its guidance of about $3.3 billion in revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30.

Arista’s outlook also calls for non-GAAP diluted earnings of $1.06 to $1.08 per share and a non-GAAP operating margin of 48% to 49%. The company scheduled a conference call to discuss the results for 4:30 p.m. ET (9:30 p.m. UTC).

The revenue target is higher than the $3.0357 billion Arista recorded in the second quarter. Q2 revenue increased 37.7% from a year earlier and 12.1% from the prior quarter. The Q3 earnings-per-share range is also above Q2’s non-GAAP diluted result of $1.02 per share.

Arista’s Q2 diluted earnings were $0.95 per share under generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Its non-GAAP figure uses the company’s own adjustments, which include excluding stock-based compensation, intangible-asset amortization and certain tax effects. The measures therefore use different accounting bases.

The projected Q3 non-GAAP operating margin is below the 49.9% margin reported for Q2. Arista did not provide a forward-looking reconciliation of its non-GAAP outlook to GAAP results, saying one was unavailable without unreasonable effort because some excluded items are difficult to predict.

“Our second quarter 2026 reflects strong, broad-based growth, with revenue up 37.7% and EPS up 39.7%,” Arista Chief Financial Officer Chantelle Breithaupt said in August.

The company’s results and conference call are scheduled for Tuesday after the U.S. market close.
