Kimberly-Clark Completes Kenvue Deal Announced at $48.7 Billion Enterprise Value
Kenvue shareholders are due $3.50 in cash and 0.14625 Kimberly-Clark shares per share; the company projected $1.9 billion in cost synergies within three years.

Kimberly-Clark completed its acquisition of Kenvue on Nov. 2, closing a transaction announced at an enterprise value of about $48.7 billion after regulatory reviews.
Under the deal terms, Kenvue shareholders are due $3.50 in cash plus 0.14625 Kimberly-Clark shares for each Kenvue share. Kimberly-Clark projected $1.9 billion in cost synergies within three years of closing.
CEO Mike Hsu described the closing as a defining moment in Kimberly-Clark’s 154-year history and said the company’s focus was to move with speed.
The deal’s regulatory path included China’s clearance and conditional European Union approval. The European Commission’s approval followed Kimberly-Clark’s offer to divest tampon and other feminine hygiene brands to address competition concerns. The closing follows earlier coverage of the acquisition’s progress.
Kimberly-Clark plans to publish its final third-quarter results on Nov. 5 around 6:30 a.m. ET (11:30 UTC), with an analyst Q&A set for 8 a.m. ET (13:00 UTC).
