onsemi recorded third-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.7223 billion for the quarter ended Oct. 2, 2026, up 11% from $1.5509 billion a year earlier. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose to $0.90 from $0.63. GAAP diluted EPS was $0.79, compared with $0.63 in the year-earlier quarter.

AI data-center revenue grew 175% from a year earlier and 39% sequentially. Rising power needs are driving demand in AI data centers and industrial markets, CEO Hassane El-Khoury said. “Increasing power requirements are driving accelerated demand in our AI data center and industrial end markets, as customers adopt and ramp our differentiated products,” he said.

Revenue, gross margin and EPS each exceeded the midpoint of onsemi’s third-quarter guidance. The company had forecast revenue of $1.65 billion to $1.75 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $0.81 to $0.93 with its second-quarter results. The third-quarter revenue figure and non-GAAP EPS fell within those respective ranges.

GAAP diluted EPS follows standard accounting rules. Non-GAAP diluted EPS uses the company’s non-GAAP methodology, so the two figures represent different measures and are presented separately.

For the fourth quarter, onsemi forecast revenue of $1.715 billion to $1.815 billion. Its non-GAAP diluted EPS outlook is $0.95 to $1.07, while its GAAP EPS forecast is $0.88 to $1.00. The non-GAAP EPS range starts above the third-quarter result of $0.90 per diluted share.
