FFO is a non-GAAP measure. Sabra calculates it by adding back real estate depreciation and amortization and adjusting for gains or losses on real estate sales. The company presents FFO as supplemental to GAAP measures, not as a replacement for them.
Sabra’s board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share on Nov. 2. It is payable Nov. 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 13.
