Trajectory Puts Series A at $45 Million Alongside AI Platform Launch
The company placed its valuation at $300 million and named Sequoia as lead investor, with three other firms participating.

Trajectory's Nov. 2 announcement put its Series A at $45 million and the company’s valuation at $300 million, alongside the public release of its AI post-training platform.
Sequoia led the financing. Nvidia, Bessemer Venture Partners and Bain Capital Ventures also participated.
The release accompanied Trajectory’s public opening of its self-serve platform. The software connects to business applications and collects feedback on AI model performance. Trajectory uses that feedback in post-training, which adjusts a model after its initial development to fit particular tasks.
Businesses can start with an open-source model and connect Trajectory’s platform to their applications. The service uses feedback from those applications to retrain models for specialized work. Companies including Harvey, Rogo, Decagon, Mercor and Nvidia use the platform.
The system is aimed at organizations adapting general AI models for fields such as law and finance. That work can involve fine-tuning models for specific tasks, a process that may require internal research teams or outside specialists. Trajectory’s public platform gives businesses a way to feed application feedback into those training cycles.
