MSTR shares provide an ownership stake in Strategy, but do not represent a claim to a fixed number of BTC; earlier coverage of MSTR shareholder exposure explains the distinction. MSTR closed Monday, Nov. 2, at $130.76, up $0.25, or 0.19%, at 4 p.m. ET (21:00 UTC).
