Tactile Systems Technology Inc., which does business as Tactile Medical, raised its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $50 million-$52 million on Nov. 2, holding its revenue forecast steady after third-quarter revenue increased 7%.

The revised adjusted EBITDA range is up from the company’s previous forecast of $49 million-$51 million. Tactile kept its full-year revenue outlook at $360 million-$366 million, a range that would represent growth of about 9%-11% from its 2025 revenue of $329.5 million. Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $91.9 million, compared with $85.8 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Lymphedema revenue rose 13% to $81.8 million. Airway-clearance sales declined $3.4 million, or 25%, to $10 million.

Tactile makes at-home therapies for people with lymphedema and chronic respiratory conditions. Its third-quarter results showed different trends across the two product lines, with lymphedema revenue growing and airway-clearance sales falling.

Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was $14.3 million, compared with $14.4 million a year earlier. Net income fell to $7.2 million, or 31 cents per diluted share, from $8.2 million, or 36 cents per diluted share. Gross margin increased to 77% from 76%.

CEO Sheri Dodd said the lymphedema business recorded its fifth consecutive quarter of double-digit year-over-year revenue growth. Gross margin expanded for a 12th consecutive quarter, she said.
