Binance Plans to Restore More Crypto Withdrawals Across Nine Networks
The phased rollout covers selected assets on BSC, ETH, SOL, XRP, SUI, Arbitrum, Optimism, TRX and Base, subject to security and readiness checks.

Binance plans to begin restoring withdrawals for selected assets across nine blockchain networks on Nov. 3, marking another stage in its phased service recovery after a security incident.
The exchange intends to re-enable withdrawal support for some assets on BSC, ETH, SOL, XRP, SUI, Arbitrum, Optimism, TRX and Base. Binance will bring services back in stages, so the listed networks will not all reopen at the same time.
The exchange tied the restoration to security and readiness checks. The plan covers only a portion of assets on the named networks, so a network's inclusion does not mean every asset on it will be immediately available for withdrawal.
The announcement gives Nov. 3 as the start date but sets no end date for the broader restoration. The phased process means the start of the rollout does not mark a return of full withdrawal access across all assets and networks.
