Crypto Service and Withdrawal Cutoffs Stretch to Jan. 29
Binance Pool and Blur are first in the sequence; later dates cover USDP withdrawals, chain migrations and Kraken assets slated for liquidation.

Crypto users face eight scheduled service and withdrawal cutoffs from Nov. 10 through Jan. 29, 2027, with missed dates potentially ending product access, closing asset routes or triggering liquidation.
Binance plans to end Binance Pool at 2 a.m. ET Nov. 10 (07:00 UTC), including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, Transaction Accelerator and related features. Required account actions, including any necessary identity verification, are due by 6:59 p.m. ET (23:59 UTC) that day. Historical pool pages are scheduled to remain available until Nov. 24 at 2 a.m. ET (07:00 UTC). The Binance Pool shutdown has separate dates for service access, account steps and historical data.
Blur has set Nov. 12 for its website frontend retirement and the end of new Blend loan matching. Borrowers have until the cutoff to repay loans or allow them to default. Blur’s marketplace protocol is scheduled to keep operating on-chain. The company plans a frontend tool for withdrawing Blend assets afterward, but has not announced its release time or URL.
Binance’s Pax Dollar (USDP) withdrawal cutoff is scheduled for Nov. 23 at 10 p.m. ET (Nov. 24, 03:00 UTC). The exchange may convert remaining tokens into stablecoins after Nov. 24 at 10 p.m. ET (Nov. 25, 03:00 UTC), but conversion is not guaranteed. If conversion cannot be completed, Binance may keep withdrawals open, depending on network availability.
Sophon has urged users to withdraw assets by Nov. 25 ahead of a planned Nov. 30 mainnet shutdown, while its migration guide says there is no hard cutoff and expects the chain to remain available through year-end. The project has not specified a cutoff hour for the withdrawal date.
Kraken has two withdrawal schedules for delisted assets. Withdrawals for 21 assets end Dec. 10 at 10 a.m. ET (15:00 UTC), with liquidation of remaining balances planned for Dec. 14-18. That group includes XTER, IR, GAIA, SCA, VANRY, BNC, SBR, RBC, MIR, JUNO, HDX, ACA, MULTI, RIZE, EPT, MAT, CQT, CXT, BKS, VULT and M. A second group of 13 assets, including BMB, ELX, APU, BDXN, DUCK, BOS, U, OBOL, IDEX, FIS, UXLINK, ALTHEA and NOBODY, has a Jan. 29, 2027, cutoff at 10 a.m. ET (15:00 UTC); liquidation is planned for Feb. 1-12. Deposits and trading for these assets have already been disabled. Kraken warns that proceeds may be minimal or nil where markets are limited or inactive.
Abstract’s chain is scheduled to shut down Dec. 15. Users can move assets through its Migration Hub or native bridge; native bridge withdrawals should take about three hours. Abstract says funds not migrated by the deadline will be inaccessible. No cutoff hour has been stated.
CoinEx’s withdrawal window ends Dec. 21 at 9 p.m. ET (Dec. 22, 02:00 UTC). The earlier deadline to withdraw non-USDT assets in their original form passed Sept. 28 at 10 p.m. ET (Sept. 29, 02:00 UTC). Under the wind-down plan, liquid non-USDT assets could be sold for USDT, while wallets for illiquid assets would no longer be maintained. CoinEx plans to move USDT left after the final window into independent custody and charge a monthly fee equal to 5% of the balance recorded at the close of the window; claims are due by Aug. 22, 2028.
The final withdrawal cutoff in the schedule is Kraken’s Jan. 29 deadline, followed by its planned Feb. 1-12 liquidation window.
