Stifel Board Declares $0.34 Quarterly Dividend for Fourth Quarter

Stifel Financial Corp.'s board set the company's fourth-quarter common dividend at $0.34 per share, payable Dec. 15 to shareholders recorded at the close of business Dec. 1.

The rate matches the $0.34 dividend declared Aug. 5. Stifel common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol SF.

The board also declared quarterly dividends on Stifel's Series B, Series C and Series D preferred stock. The respective amounts are approximately $0.390625, $0.3828125 and $0.281250 per depositary share. Those payments are also scheduled for Dec. 15 to holders of record at the close of business Dec. 1.
