Watts Water Technologies, Inc. declared a $0.63 quarterly dividend for its Class A and Class B shareholders, maintaining the per-share rate for a Dec. 15 distribution.
Stockholders of record at the close of business Dec. 1 are eligible for the payment. Watts announced the dividend Monday, Nov. 2.
The prior quarterly dividend was also $0.63 per share, payable Sept. 15. Watts declared that dividend Aug. 3.
Watts is a U.S.-headquartered manufacturer of plumbing, heating and water-quality products for commercial, residential and industrial uses. Its shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol WTS. The next payment is scheduled for Dec. 15.
