Equiti Becomes Fintech Partner to Sharjah Book Authority Ahead of Fair

Equiti Group said Tuesday it became the fintech partner of Sharjah Book Authority, with a stated goal of bringing financial education into community life ahead of the authority’s annual international book fair.

The Sharjah International Book Fair is scheduled for Nov. 4-15 at Expo Centre Sharjah. Established in 2014, the authority organizes the annual fair and supports reading, publishing and cultural exchange.

“Financial understanding grows when people have opportunities to learn, question and discuss,” said Mohamad Hachicho, general director of Equiti’s Sharjah branch.
