Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) raised its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to $150 million after Monday’s market close, and its shares rose in extended trading following a 6.23% regular-session decline.

Aehr closed Nov. 2 at $51.47, down $3.42 from its Oct. 30 close of $54.89. The company released its fiscal first-quarter results at 4:05 p.m. ET, after regular trading ended. At 7:59 p.m. ET (00:59 UTC Nov. 3), the stock traded at $58.81, above the regular-session close.

For the quarter ended Sept. 25, Aehr recorded $33.0 million in revenue, $46.7 million in bookings and $7.2 million in GAAP net income. Its effective backlog stood at $109.3 million as of Nov. 1.

Aehr makes semiconductor test and burn-in equipment used for AI processors. Its closing decline occurred before the earnings release; the later price was a separate observation after the announcement.

The company’s revised revenue outlook is at the top of its previous $130 million to $150 million range. Aehr also expects non-GAAP net income of at least 20% of revenue for fiscal 2027, which ends June 25, 2027.
