Bitget plans a tokenized subscription for Anthropic’s planned U.S. IPO, with separate 12% and 5% fees for VIP and public rounds; rANT allocations grant no direct share ownership or shareholder rights.

The service is a Bitget product, not an official Anthropic offering. Users can subscribe with Tether (USDT) or USDGO. Anthropic’s planned stock ticker is ANT, and allocations will be delivered as Anthropic rToken (rANT). Bitget describes rANT as backed by Anthropic stock, with its infrastructure mapping U.S. stocks to tokens at a 1:1 ratio.

Eligible VIP1–VIP7 users can commit $100 to $3 million from 3 a.m. ET Thursday, Nov. 5, to 3 a.m. ET Monday, Nov. 9. The VIP round has a $1 billion total commitment cap and a 12% service fee. A partner fund, broker or placement channel charges the fee only on the amount allocated; unallocated funds are not charged. The cap does not guarantee an allocation. Bitget plans to distribute VIP allocations three to five business days after the IPO.

The public round opens at 3 a.m. ET Nov. 10 and closes at 3 a.m. ET on the day before the IPO. Eligible users can commit $100 to $25,000, with a $200 million total commitment cap and a 5% service fee. The fee applies only to allocated funds, and an allocation is not guaranteed. Distribution is planned two to three hours before regular U.S. trading begins on the IPO date.

The subscription is a different type of IPO-linked product from Bitget’s USDT-settled perpetual contract tied to Polymarket’s pre-IPO activity. The VIP subscription window is scheduled to open at 3 a.m. ET Nov. 5.
