BETA reported a net loss of $119.119 million and an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $97.449 million. Founder and CEO Kyle Clark called it the company’s “strongest quarter of revenue.”

BETA set its 2026 revenue range at $52 million to $57 million, up from a previous range of $42 million to $50 million. It maintained its outlook for an Adjusted EBITDA loss of $400 million-$445 million. Its commercial aircraft backlog totaled slightly more than $4 billion across 1,040 firm and option aircraft orders, supported by financial commitments. More details appear in BETA’s quarterly results and outlook update.
