Third-quarter revenue climbed 9.9% year over year to $863 million, and non-GAAP earnings per share came in at 26 cents.
Amneal Pharmaceuticals raised its 2026 adjusted diluted earnings-per-share and revenue forecasts after third-quarter revenue and earnings per share exceeded estimates, lifting its targets for the year.
The company now projects adjusted diluted earnings per share of $1.04 to $1.08 for 2026 and revenue of $3.15 billion to $3.25 billion.
Third-quarter revenue rose 9.9% from a year earlier to $863 million. Non-GAAP earnings per share were 26 cents, 2 cents above estimates; revenue topped estimates by $45.14 million.
