Graphic Packaging Holding Company Posts $2.192 Billion in Q3 Sales

Graphic Packaging Holding Company (GPK) posted third-quarter net sales of $2.192 billion, a slight increase from $2.190 billion in the same quarter a year earlier. Adjusted diluted earnings were $0.23 per share.

The company expects 2026 net sales of approximately $8.6 billion, adjusted EBITDA of approximately $1.05 billion and adjusted earnings of approximately $0.65 per share.

Graphic Packaging continues to expect adjusted cash flow of $600 million to $700 million for 2026.
