Laser Photonics Plans to Adopt LASE Corp. Name on Nov. 4
The company plans to give defense greater priority and organize its websites around four business markets.

Laser Photonics Corporation (Nasdaq: LASE) plans to adopt the LASE Corp. name Nov. 4, a rebrand the company says will sharpen communications as it gives greater priority to defense growth.
Executive Chairman Dmitriy Nikitin described the change as a way to make communication with investors and customers clearer. The company plans to prioritize defense while continuing to develop its pharmaceutical, semiconductor and industrial businesses.
Phased website relaunches are planned over the coming weeks. Beamer Laser will serve industrial markets; Laser Photonics, semiconductor and quantum computing; Control Micro Systems (CMS Laser), pharmaceutical and medical; and Fonon Technologies Inc., defense and security. The company plans to use lase.com for its investor-relations portal.
Laser Photonics also plans to introduce its Quantum Bullet anti-drone platform at I/ITSEC in Orlando, Florida, scheduled for Nov. 30-Dec. 3. The corporate name change is scheduled to take effect Nov. 4.
