Meta plans to raise about $15 billion through dollar-denominated bonds as part of a wider cross-border debt offering with a combined target of at least $20 billion across U.S. dollars and euros.

The $15 billion figure applies to the dollar bond sale, while the $20 billion minimum covers the broader dollar-and-euro financing. That distinction means the planned dollar issuance is one part of the total borrowing effort. The combined amount may rise further if investor demand supports a larger offering, leaving the final total open above the stated floor.

The plan describes intended fundraising, not proceeds already raised. It includes a dollar-denominated component and a minimum combined target for the two-currency issuance.
