Vermilion plans to release its Q3 operating and financial report before markets open across North America on Wednesday, Nov. 4, with its production target below the Q2 average.

The company forecast average third-quarter production of 116,000 to 118,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d), compared with 125,789 boe/d in Q2. The forecast reflects planned maintenance in Ireland, Germany and Canada. Natural gas made up 71% of second-quarter production.

In July, Vermilion raised its full-year 2026 production guidance to 121,000 to 123,000 boe/d after first-half production exceeded expectations. It kept exploration and development capital expenditure guidance at C$600 million to C$630 million.

Vermilion’s Q2 results included C$231.222 million in fund flows from operations, C$121.646 million in free cash flow and C$134.238 million in net earnings. The third-quarter release will cover the three and nine months ended Sept. 30.

The company’s results call and webcast are scheduled for 9 a.m. ET (14:00 UTC) Wednesday, Nov. 4.
