Agility Robotics Merger Wins Approval, Leaving About 15.95 Million Public Shares
The transaction is expected to close Nov. 4, with AGLT trading expected to begin Nov. 5.

Agility Robotics' merger has been approved, leaving about 15.95 million public shares available to trade as the planned Nasdaq listing approaches an expected Nov. 4 transaction close.
About 25.45 million of the 41.4 million public shares were redeemed, a 61.48% redemption rate. The remaining shares are available to trade after the transaction closes, with AGLT trading expected to begin Nov. 5.
The approval advances Agility's planned Nasdaq listing through a merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI. When announced, the deal valued Agility at $2.5 billion before the merger and targeted more than $620 million in gross proceeds assuming no shareholder redemptions. About 61.48% of public shares have since been redeemed.
Agility Robotics focuses on using humanoid robots to automate warehouse and manufacturing labor and has support from Nvidia, Amazon, Foxconn and SoftBank. If the transaction closes as expected, Agility would become the first U.S.-listed pure-play humanoid robotics company.
