Add as a preferred source on GoogleCVR Energy Sets Nov. 23 Payment for $0.10 Third-Quarter Dividend

CVR Energy declared a $0.10-per-share third-quarter dividend payable Nov. 23 and reported net income attributable to stockholders of $570 million, up from $374 million a year earlier.
The company set Nov. 16 as the record date for shareholders eligible for the payment. CVR Energy shares trade as CVI on the New York Stock Exchange.
Net income attributable to CVR Energy stockholders was $5.67 per diluted share, compared with $3.72 per diluted share in the year-earlier quarter. Adjusted earnings were $4 per diluted share, up from $0.40.
“We are also pleased to announce a quarterly dividend of 10 cents per share,” CVR Energy President and CEO Dane Neumann said.
