Adjusted operating earnings, a non-GAAP measure, increased 8% to $28.8 million. Non-GAAP diluted earnings per share rose 16% to 37 cents for both share classes.
International Operations recorded $136.7 million in revenue before reimbursements and $10.7 million in operating earnings, up from $7.7 million a year earlier. Results improved in Australia, Canada and Latin America.
Cash from operations totaled $29 million for the first nine months of 2026, compared with $51.7 million in the same period last year. Higher billed and unbilled receivables primarily drove the decline.
