Fal Raises $1.3 Billion in Series F at $16 Billion Valuation
Bessemer Venture Partners led the financing, with Nvidia, Sound Ventures, HOF Capital and T. Rowe Price participating.

Fal has raised $1.3 billion in Series F funding, valuing the AI inference startup at $16 billion, double its April valuation, in a round led by Bessemer Venture Partners.
Nvidia, Sound Ventures, HOF Capital and T. Rowe Price also participated. Fal was valued at $8 billion in April, when Sequoia Capital led its $350 million Series E round. The new valuation doubles that level, and the $1.3 billion raise is nearly four times the April financing.
The company hosts image, video and audio models for creators and developers. Fal's business centers on hosting those models.
Fal's annualized revenue reached $800 million earlier this year. The revenue figure is from earlier this year, while the $16 billion valuation is tied to the Series F.
