RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust plans about $100 million in 2026 retail infill spending and is acquiring a $55 million stake in East Hills.

The trust expects full-year Core FFO per diluted unit toward the high end of its C$1.60 to C$1.62 range. It also maintained its forecast for commercial same-property net operating income growth of 4% to 4.5%, guidance covered in earlier reporting on RioCan’s quarterly results.

Core FFO is a non-IFRS measure without a standardized definition.
