Arvinas Starts ARV-6723 Dosing, Reports $558.9 Million in Liquidity
Arvinas expects initial monotherapy data for ARV-6723 in the second half of 2027, while ARV-393 data are planned for a December hematology meeting.

Arvinas has begun dosing patients in the monotherapy cohort of its ARV-6723 Phase 1/2 trial, advancing a program for advanced solid tumors with initial data expected in 2027.
The company had $558.9 million in cash, cash equivalents, restricted cash and marketable securities as of Sept. 30, 2026, down from $685.4 million on Dec. 31, 2025. Under its current plan, that balance is expected to cover planned operating expenses and capital expenditures into the second half of 2028. Arvinas cautioned that the estimate depends on assumptions that may not hold and that it could use the funds sooner.
Arvinas expects initial data from the ARV-6723 monotherapy cohort in the second half of 2027. It plans to begin dosing patients in a cohort combining ARV-6723 with pembrolizumab in mid-2027.
The company submitted initial Phase 1 monotherapy data for ARV-393, a BCL6 degrader being studied in non-Hodgkin lymphoma, for presentation at the American Society of Hematology annual meeting, scheduled for Dec. 12-15, 2026. The planned data include safety, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics across all patients, as well as preliminary efficacy in T-cell lymphomas. Additional monotherapy results and initial data from a combination cohort with glofitamab are expected in mid-2027.
Arvinas expects initial Phase 1 data from healthy volunteers in its ARV-027 program in the first half of 2027. The study is evaluating androgen-receptor degradation in muscle. The company also plans to start dosing a cohort that includes patients with spinal-bulbar muscular atrophy during that period.
For ARV-102, an LRRK2 degrader being developed for neurological conditions including progressive supranuclear palsy, Arvinas plans to submit a clinical trial application for a Phase 1b study in the EU in the fourth quarter of 2026 and in the U.K. in the first quarter of 2027. It aims to start the study in both regions during 2027, pending regulatory authorization. The U.S. investigational new drug application remains on clinical hold.
“We are prioritizing investments where emerging evidence supports our goal of creating transformative medicines for patients,” Arvinas President and CEO Randy Teel said.
